Effective: [EFFECTIVE_DATE]
Our goal
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards. This is a goal, not a claim of certified conformance.
What we are implementing
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and accessible names
- High-contrast text and controls
- Clear, programmatically associated form labels
- Accessible validation and error messages
- Reduced-motion support
- Responsive layouts and touch-friendly controls
- No essential text embedded in images
Testing approach
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Automated axe checks are supplemented with keyboard, focus, desktop, mobile, and responsive testing. These checks do not by themselves establish WCAG conformance and cannot identify every barrier.
Known limitations
No unresolved accessibility limitation is intentionally listed at this time. Any issue found during testing or reported by a user will be recorded, prioritized, and reflected here when it materially affects use of the service.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@[DOMAIN] with the page, the task you were trying to complete, and a description of the issue. Do not include booking credentials or payment-card information. Support is email-only; we do not provide phone or live travel support.
Legal review
The final statement, conformance status, and jurisdiction-specific wording are LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED before launch.
