1. Nature of the service
FlightChangeCheck provides information, research, analysis, and practical written recommendations about airline-initiated itinerary changes. It is an asynchronous service, not live travel assistance, and is not suitable for same-day airport emergencies or stranded travelers.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended primarily for U.S.-focused scheduled commercial passenger travel, generally at least 72 hours before departure, and for users able to enter a binding agreement. It is not designed for charter or private aviation, visa or immigration advice, lost luggage, account recovery, or trips beyond the stated service limits. Final age and jurisdictional eligibility language is LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, non-sensitive itinerary information, monitoring your booking, checking time-sensitive travel details directly, and communicating with the airline or ticketing agency. Do not delay a required airline action while waiting for a report.
4. No airline or travel-agency relationship
FlightChangeCheck is independent. We are not an airline, travel agency, ticket seller, tour operator, or law firm. Airline names and trademarks are used for identification only.
5. No booking authority
We do not issue tickets, hold seats, make or cancel reservations, modify bookings, accept airfare, access airline accounts, or act as an authorized passenger representative.
6. Information accuracy limitations
Reports are based on the information supplied and information available during the review. Schedules, fares, seat availability, routing, and published policies may change at any time. You must confirm current information with the airline or ticketing agency before relying on or acting on a report.
7. Airline policy changes
We aim to cite official sources and show verification dates, but airlines may change or apply policies differently. Final decisions are made by the airline or ticketing agency.
8. Payments
Paid reports are one-time services priced in U.S. dollars. Payment-card information is collected only by a configured hosted-checkout provider, not by FlightChangeCheck. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Tax, receipt, and invoice treatment is subject to configured accounting processes and applicable law; it is not automatically determined by this website.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the posted Refund Policy. A declined airline request does not by itself make the report fee refundable.
10. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service, submit another person’s sensitive information without authority, attempt to disrupt security, scrape protected systems, or use reports for unlawful or misleading purposes.
11. Intellectual property
The website, original report format, and original content belong to [LEGAL_NAME] or its licensors, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
12. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee a refund, compensation, free rebooking, seat, fare, response time, or airline approval. A report is not legal advice, travel-agency service, or an instruction to ignore airline deadlines or safety guidance.
13. Limitation of liability
Any limitation, exclusion, or liability cap must be reviewed for applicable consumer law. LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED.
14. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by [GOVERNING_LAW], subject to mandatory consumer protections. LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED. No arbitration clause or class-action waiver has been added.
15. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised version and effective date. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
