Methodology

How we review flight changes.

We do not assume that every schedule change creates a right to free rebooking. Where possible, we cite the airline’s own policy and relevant government guidance.

1

The original itinerary

The flight schedule the traveler originally expected.

2

The revised itinerary

The replacement schedule supplied by the airline.

3

Published airline rules

Relevant official policy pages, contracts, or help content.

4

Practical alternatives

Reasonable flight options observed during the review.

Three different questions

We separate legal refund rules, airline-specific rebooking policies, and practical alternative flights. These are not the same thing.
