Paid report before delivery

If we receive your cancellation request before the paid report is delivered, the report fee will be refunded in full.

Paid report after delivery

If your paid report does not contain the deliverables described for your selected plan, or contains a material factual error, contact us within 7 days.

We will correct the report or refund the report fee.

Airline outcomes

A report is not refundable solely because an airline or ticketing agency rejects a request. FlightChangeCheck does not guarantee rebooking, a refund, compensation, seat availability, or any other airline outcome.

How to request a review

Email support@[DOMAIN] with the email used for the purchase and a concise explanation. Do not send payment-card information, booking credentials, or passport details.

Processing and legal review

Approved refunds are returned through the original hosted-payment method where available. The date funds appear may depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Final consumer-law, processing-time, and payment-provider wording is LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED.
